Born and
raised in Corpus Christi, my family roots are
deeply entrenched in the community. Upon graduation
from W.B. Ray High School, I spent a year at the
Air Force Academy on a football scholarship and
graduated from their Prep School. Opting to return
to Texas, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree
from the University of Texas in Latin American
Studies.
Immediately after graduation, I worked with the State Comptroller's office and Carol Keeton Strayhorn's run for governor. After receiving my insurance license I began my career with Farmers Insurance and opened my agency in early 2007. I am in the Leadership Corpus Christi Class 36, the CC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Texas Exes and have been a Boy's & Girl's Club volunteer and in Junior Achievement.
